My orders have been filled in good time (about 8 days. That's real days, not business days now). And when I had a problem using my credit card, they were prompt with e mail help. Pretty good considering there's a 6 hour time difference between us. That's not to mention numerous pesky questions about their products. (Thanx again Rachel for all your help!)
The seeds all germinated, so what more can you ask there? I've used a few other seed banks. What gets me returning to the Attitude is all the above, but moreover I love their variety of seeds to choose from. It's almost too hard to choose. A good condition to be in.
As far as the gentleman whose fecal service caused him to give them a zero rating, all I can say is "garbage in, garbage out." I certainly doubt that the people @ The Attitude crushed his seeds, and given my experience with their customer service department, I would have to question his attitude when dealing with them. Just a guess. If I have my own problems with them, I'll be back to appologise. It's not like they're paying me for this evaluation or anything. I sware to God I'm not on their payroll! Really! It's just that they won my business with good service.
